Notion Pricing: AI Inclusion, Members and Comparable Quotes
Corrected guidance on Notion AI packaging and how to obtain a comparable team quote without adding a phantom surcharge.

Correction — September 15, 2026: an earlier version said new Notion Business plans required a separate $10-per-seat AI add-on, while a later paragraph said AI was included. Those statements contradicted each other. We have removed the add-on assumption and unsupported savings example.
What the current pricing page establishes
Notion’s official pricing page lists AI capabilities in Business and Enterprise and a limited AI trial on Free and Plus. Do not automatically add a legacy standalone AI price to a new Business quote. Existing contracts can differ, so confirm your own workspace’s terms.
The page localizes prices and offers monthly or yearly billing. Record the selected currency and term instead of copying an unlabeled dollar amount. Check usage conditions for the AI capability you need; inclusion does not mean that every present or future feature has unlimited usage.

Members and guests have different access purposes. Do not turn a teammate into a guest merely to lower a quote without confirming that the resulting permissions support the work. Test a client page with an external account so unrelated information remains private.
Choose the tier from a demonstrated need
Write down the required workflow and permissions before upgrading. If the current tier supports them, an AI demo alone may not justify changing the plan. If AI is central, test it on a representative document and verify answers against the source. Include time spent correcting mistakes in the benefit calculation.
